Punching Head includes over 30 components.
We perform
the following:
Precision
machine and grind dimensioned steel and plastic components.
- Machine customer
specific punch pins.
- Heat Treat to product
specifications.
- Surface finish using
Black Oxide and Ion Nitrate.
- Assemble electronic
sensor, pneumatic control cylinders, wiring, airlines, magnets, etc.
- Bench test all working
systems.
- Quality inspection at
all phases of production.
- Package to customer
specification.
